Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at VivaHunt. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipment Transit Times & Rates

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Average shipping transit times are as follows:

  • United States / Canada: 7 - 12 business days
  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7 - 14 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 8 - 14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

Note: Transit times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They can sometimes take longer due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

VivaHunt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For European Union destinations, VAT is automatically calculated and declared via our IOSS setup to prevent delays.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and items immediately. We will arrange a free reshipment or refund for any items damaged in transit.
