1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and photos of the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the package before contacting us.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free reshipment or a full refund.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
